Settling into our new sustainable headquarters

Over the last week, our Spirax Group colleagues have been settling back into our new headquarters after moving in on 11 March. Now we are back home, we wanted to share some of the features of the development.

Group Leadership Change – General Counsel and Company Secretary

At the end of 2023, our Group General Counsel and Company Secretary to the Board, Andy Robson, signalled his intention to retire, after 13 years with the Group and will leave by the end of the year. Following the conclusion of our search for a successor, I am delighted to announce that Céline Barroche will join Spirax Group this summer, as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary to the Board, as well as a member of the GEC.

Today, we announce our rebrand as Spirax Group. The change reflects the development of the Company over recent years into a larger and stronger Group of three aligned Businesses with differentiated and complementary capabilities.
