Background:
Mal’s career has included capital markets-focused and finance leadership roles in investment banking and industry.
Before joining Spirax Group in 2022, Mal led the exit/IPO processes for private equity owned businesses in insurance and industrial distribution, prior to which he spent seven years as the Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for a UK listed telecoms business.
Mal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.

Leila Lodwick
Investor Relations Executive
Background:
Leila joined Spirax Group in 2018 as a Corporate Tax Specialist in the Group Finance Team and moved into Investor Relations in September 2021.
Before joining Spirax Group Leila was an Associate Director at Deloitte where she worked for 12 years in the UK and abroad.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
