Head of Investor Relations

Background:

Mal’s career has included capital markets-focused and finance leadership roles in investment banking and industry.

Before joining Spirax Group in 2022, Mal led the exit/IPO processes for private equity owned businesses in insurance and industrial distribution, prior to which he spent seven years as the Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for a UK listed telecoms business.

Mal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.

Investor Relations Manager

Background:

Candice is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has experience of working across a range of finance functions, with a background in audit at Deloitte LLP.

Before joining Spirax Group in 2025, Candice led the Investor Relations team for a UK Retailer.
