We’re passionate about creating excellent career opportunities for STEM and Business graduates through our Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme. If you are you a driven and curious individual, seeking to influence positive change by working collaboratively with your colleagues and customers, then this is the programme for you!


Throughout our two-year programme, you’ll experience amazing opportunities from undertaking real-life placements across our three Businesses which each support a diverse range of industries.  Across three placements, you’ll get to experience many different aspects of the work we do here at Spirax Group, including an international rotation that allows you to fully immerse yourself in work and life in a different country.

As part of this global programme supporting our thermal energy and fluid technology solutions Businesses, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself during three placement rotations of eight months duration.

About you

Are you passionate about making an impact, as well as collaborative, curious and driven? These are some of the qualities we believe it takes to become a leader in our organisation where having a positive impact on the world is a priority

You’ll need a minimum 2:2 honours (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business and eligibility to work permanently within the country you are applying to without requiring a visa. To get the most from the programme, flexibility and mobility within the country that you are applying to is necessary for all candidates.

Development is crucial to supporting you in your career and we supply it in bucket-loads! From external training to internal learning sessions and even a global graduate conference. You’ll also have a dedicated Development Manager assigned to you for the duration of the programme and beyond.
