Supporting local charitable causes

In 2025, our operating companies contributed cash and in-kind donations valued at £201,177, compared to £228,200 in 2024 (both at average currency exchange rates during the year). Since the launch of One Planet, our operating companies have donated over £1.45 million to local charitable causes.

Making a difference in our communities

Whatever their role in the Company and wherever they work in the world, each of our 10,000 colleagues is entitled to three days of paid volunteering leave.

Whether participating in workplace-organised volunteering activities or taking part in independently organised volunteering activities, we want our colleagues to be a force for good in our local communities.

Our colleagues once again demonstrated their commitment to community support, contributing over 22,000 hours to volunteering activities in 2025. This brings our cumulative total since the launch of our One Planet Strategy in 2021 to c.112,000 hours.
