Future Board change

Jamie Pike, Chair of the Board and Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Chair and Non-Executive Director of IMI plc with effect from 1st January 2025.

The Board previously announced that Jamie would step down as Chair and Non-Executive Director during 2024, following the expiry of his nine years as a Director. A process to appoint his successor is well advanced.

The Board is satisfied that Jamie's appointment with IMI plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018 and proxy advisor guidelines.
