Our Leadership

Nimesh was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in August 2023 and took up the role on 16 January 2024 following an almost four-year tenure as our Chief Financial Officer.

Louisa joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer in July 2024

Prior to joining Spirax Group Louisa was Chief Financial Officer of Croda International Plc.

A highly experienced CFO, Louisa has led finance functions in several large companies including UK-listed Meggitt and Victrex.

Jim joined the Group in 2016 to lead the Group HR function.

Jim joined us from Chemring plc where he was Group HR Director. Throughout his career, Jim held a range of senior HR positions at companies including Centrica plc, Ford Motor Company and BAE Systems. 

Maria joined the Group in early 2023.

Prior to joining Spirax Group and becoming a member of our GEC, Maria was the Global Leader for Data Driven Advantage with Howden, leading the vision definition and execution of a global digital program focused on delivering business growth through customer stickiness strategies enabled by digital technologies. Previously, Maria held other senior positions at Howden, and completed a PhD in Fluid Mechanics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.

Joining Spirax Group in September 2024, Céline brings 25 years’ legal and management experience to our Group having held senior roles including as Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary in large, listed UK Companies.

Prior to joining Céline was General Counsel at Allied Universal International, where she was responsible for the delivery of legal services in 85 countries. She was a member of the International Executive Team and Chair of the International Ethics Committee as well as Secretary to the Board of G4S Limited (part of the Allied Universal International business).

Maurizio joined Spirax Group in 2011.

Maurizio's first role within the Group was Managing Director of Spirax Sarco Italy, before taking on the roles of Regional General Manager Southern Europe and Global Divisional Director Gestra. In 2021, he became Group Managing Director Steam Specialties, (now renamed Steam Thermal Solutions). Earlier in his career, Maurizio worked in ABB Group in a range of sales management and general management roles.

Andrew was appointed as Managing Director of Electric Thermal Solutions in September 2024. Prior to that, Andrew was Managing Director of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions since 2019.

Before joining Spirax Group, Andrew was Executive Vice President, Global Construction Products of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), having spent a total of 23 years at the Company, in engineering, sales, manufacturing and senior roles in global automotive and construction sectors.

Andrew is a Non-Executive Director of Luceco plc and a Steering Group member of registered charity, Movement to Work.

Stuart was appointed Managing Director of Watson-Marlow in January 2025

Stuart joined us from The Vita Group where he was most recently Managing Director after holding several leadership positions at the company. Previously, Stuart has worked in a range of senior management roles in sales and manufacturing. Stuart has a Master’s in Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
